Wellness Reset: Movement, Recovery & Community

At Urby, wellness is part of everyday life—intentionally built into how our spaces are designed and how they’re experienced. In that spirit, we brought a unique Wellness Reset to the Dallas community: a morning centered on movement, recovery, and slowing down, bringing residents and friends together through a shared experience.

The reset featured a series of guided classes and restorative sessions throughout the building. Guests joined an outdoor walk with Dallas’ City Girls Who Walk community, outdoor sculpt with Shine Hot Pilates + Sculpt, and mat Pilates in the studio with Rachel from The Niche Method. Lastly, breathwork and meditation led by Emily Dewberry from The Embody Edit layered on grounding mind-body practice, balancing strength, mobility, and presence.

As the morning continued, sauna sessions and cold plunges with The Ritual became a highlight—moving attendees between heat and cold exposure designed to support circulation, muscle recovery, and nervous system regulation.

After sessions concluded, guests stayed to unwind poolside with acai bowls from Mamaka, coffee from The Meteor, and matcha from 333Matcha, enjoying live music from local DJ Justin Orion.

This Wellness Reset was a reminder that wellness is lived and intentional — woven into movement, recovery, and community, and experienced together.
